Allen Precision has an on-sight technical support team and a training facility for all the equipment we sell. The Technical support team is headed up by John Phillips, he is our Technical Support Manager. He has been with Allen for 20 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with any customer calling in for help. We stand behind and support any product we sell.
The training team is headed up by Mark Kuehn, he is our Training Manager. If a customer needs training on the new equipment they just purchased, Mark is the one to make sure it happens. The customer will leave here with the instructions and knowledge they need to run their equipment to its fullest potential.
Do you have equipment that you have purchased from someone other than Allen Precision, but didn't get all the training you needed. Call 800-241-6223 and ask for Kathy Lancaster. She is our Technical support and Training Coordinator. She can get you the information and prices for the training you require.
