Allen Precision has an on-sight technical support team and a training facility for all the equipment we sell. The Technical support team is headed up by John Phillips, he is our Technical Support Manager. He has been with Allen for 20 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with any customer calling in for help. We stand behind and support any product we sell.
The training team is headed up by Mark Kuehn, he is our Training Manager. If a customer needs training on the new equipment they just purchased, Mark is the one to make sure it happens. The customer will leave here with the instructions and knowledge they need to run their equipment to its fullest potential.
Do you have equipment that you have purchased from someone other than Allen Precision, but didn't get all the training you needed. Call 800-241-6223 and ask for Carol Wilhite. She is our Training Coordinator. She can get you the information and prices for the training you require.

Allen Precisions' FTP site info is below. The Techs may send you to this site for download information.
Click the following link, ftp://ftp.allenprecision.com and select the icon at the top that says "Page", it will scroll down and you will then need to click on "open FTP site in Windows Explorer" . The log in screen will be displayed and you will enter the User Name customer (case sensitive) and Password prec1s1on ( case sensitive) and click on Login. All the folders in the customer section will then be displayed. If you have problems just give us a call and we will walk you through the process in person.
