TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND TRAINING DEPARTMENT

The Technical support team is headed up by John Phillips, he is our Technical Support Manager. Do you have equipment that you have purchased from someone other than Allen Precision, but didn't get all the training you needed. Call 800-241-6223 and ask for Tracy Foran. Allen Precisions' FTP site info is below. The Techs may send you to this site for download information.
Click the following link, ftp://ftp.allenprecision.com and select the icon at the top that says "Page", it will scroll down and you will then need to click on "open FTP site in Windows Explorer" . The log in screen will be displayed and you will enter the User Name customer (case sensitive) and Password prec1s1on ( case sensitive) and click on Login. All the folders in the customer section will then be displayed. If you have problems just give us a call and we will walk you through the process in person.
