Refund/Return Policy

Return/Refund Policy - We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any product we sell, we'll exchange it, replace it, issue you a store credit, or refund your money within 30 days of purchase.

You must return the item in new (unused) condition in its original packaging. All returns must have a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before shipping back to Allen Precision. You can get your RMA number by calling customer service at 1-800-241-6223. All returns will be evaluated before credit or replacement is issued.

On standard inventory items (excluding instruments), return authorization numbers may only be issued within 90 days of shipment; those returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. On standard inventoried instruments, return authorization numbers may only be issued within 30 days of shipment; those returns are subject to a flat $100.00 restocking fee.

When shipping, please insure your return item(s) at full value. Allen Precision cannot be responsible for return shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Please note that we cannot issue refunds or accept returns on discontinued items or special/custom order products.

 

Cancellation Policy - You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped by calling 1-800-241-6223 to cancel. Please note that special and custom orders cannot be canceled once the order has been finalized.

 

Delivery / Shipping Policy - We usually ship your order the same day if you place it before 2 PM ET. We ship weekend orders on Monday.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please save all original packing, including the box, and contact your local UPS representative immediately to file a claim.

 

International Orders

  • Free freight promotions are only valid within the continental United States.
  • Overnight delivery is only available for in-stock items. Please call to confirm availability.
  • All orders will be held until they can ship complete. No back-orders on international shipments.
  • Drop ship orders from APE vendors are not available outside of the United States.
  • Air shipments are not allowed for aerosol products (paint, bug sprays etc…)
