Buyer represents, warrants, and agrees that the products purchased from Allen Precision Equipment ES LLC are intended for use and delivery within the United States only and are not being purchased on behalf of, for delivery to, or for transfer to any freight forwarder, export agent, third party, or other intermediary for export or re-export outside of the United States except in full compliance with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that it is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), where applicable, and shall not export, re-export, transfer, resell, or otherwise divert any product purchased from Allen Precision Equipment ES LLC in violation of U.S. law. Buyer further certifies that all information provided, including billing information, shipping information, end-user information, and intended use, is complete, accurate, and truthful. Reviews and Testimonials
