We are pleased to announce that the quality of the Rod Eye-140/160/180 Receiver Bracket has been significantly improved. The new bracket has been found to be unbreakable when used under normal conditions.

Strong material: •High performance polyimide with 50% glass fiber •Wall thickness increased from 1/8 inch (3mm) to 3/16 inch (5mm) Extremely rugged design: •Overall symmetry - better distribution of forces •Improved force transition between lead screw and ergonomic locking knob •Strengthened interface between bracket and where it attaches to back of Rod Eye Receiver Improved molding processes New supplier, providing better capabilities for processes and control of quality Benefit - Should any 835666 Bracket fail under normal circumstances, Leica Geosystems will replace it at no cost.
